 Formerly Yo-Yo's on Fuengirola Port, this new bar has undergone a total transformation thanks to Billy Ritchie who took over in April 2005.
Billy from Stirling in Scotland was an advertising executive in London and he contacted Fiesta Property in February. Billy was looking for a special bar where he could offer good music with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, day and night.
After a few days of viewing bars, Billy was shown this bar in Fuengirola. The bar has an excellent, sunny terrace to cater for a large crowd in the summer, a fitted kitchen and is well located, right in the heart of Fuengirola port.
Fiesta Property introduced Billy to our company lawyer, Cristobal who supervised the purchase without problems. Fiesta also put Billy in touch with a currency company who assisted in transfering funds into Spain, saving on the bank exchange rates.
The whole purchase procedure went without problems and Billy is now settled into his new bar. He has completely re-decorated and is busy putting a new theme to the bar, ready for the summer.
Billy has had no problems coping with suppliers and has managed to find all the services he needed such as TV supliers and Sky installers, some of which were recommended by Fiesta Property.
