Bob and Tricia came to Spain to look for a bar in February 2005 and after a few experiences with other agents, they contacted Fiesta Property.


Within a couple of days they found the ideal bar in Fuengirola Port.

Joe Kools bar was in desperate need of a facelift but was situated in the perfect location, right next to the market place in the port. Bob abd Tricia drom County Durham had never managed a bar before but were up for a challenge and were looking forward to a new life in Spain.


There was a great deal to do in the bar yet the couple couldn't move to Spain for two months. A deposit was placed on the bar and Fiesta managed to secure an extended completion date with the seller.


April 2005 and after a long preparation time and an arduous drive to Spain in their new van, Bob and Tricia arrived to take over the bar.


They have reformed the bar inside and out, with new signage and new equipment. The bar is now up and running and very busy.
