Imagine a night out at the races at any time of the year. This dream is made reality in Mijas Costa. Due to the all year round climate, when the UK season is over, many owners bring their horses over here and the racing continues. The complex has regular local televised races and when there are no race events being held, they have various concerts – Rod Stewart to name but one and exhibitions of varying degrees encouraging more and more people to visit. An average attendance on events nights is around 6 – 7,000 people.
There are also permissions to hold your own personal music nights but with permissions of the complex and must be held on non-events nights.
This 12 year established Café Bar is located on the plaza with around 200m2 of terrace being to the front and side of the business seating around 200 people at any one time and faces out towards the race track and events area.
Once inside the bar, there is 15 metres of bar serving area and due to the fact that this is a very busy bar no seating has been put there leaving the bar totally free to serve. At the back and side of the bar are very large windows giving a light and airy feel but also enables staff to see what is going on outside without having to go out there.
