This double fronted restaurant boasts 81 square metres of outdoor terrace with a further 36m2 of indoor dining, with the possibility to extend to 68 square metres.The bar is fully stocked with a triple bottle cooler, champagne and wine fridge, double group coffee machine, water softener, beer pump, separate glass washer, storage above and below. The professionally designed kitchen of 22 square metres has a separate washing up area equipped with a double sink and a commercial dish and pot washer. The main area consists of three preparation areas, a six-burner cooker with under storage, a double fat fryer, a lava rock grill, a convection oven and a wall-mounted Salamander.
