This very nice restaurant is in one of the best roads in Benalmadena, where tourists and locals enjoy some excellent food in various restaurants/bistros, as well as enjoying the lively bars that abound in this area.
There are some hotels close by and a great many apartment blocks, filled mainly with residents from the UK. There is a front terrace that is sunny most of the day, measuring 40m2 with seating for over 24 customers. When you enter this fine restaurant, you will notice that the place can be made into separate sections, which means that you could have a function area towards the rear, whilst still using the main restaurant.
The front area has wooden tables and chairs, ceiling fans, quality decor, mirrored walls and 2 toilets (1 for disabled). This entire main room is very light. Going into the rear section of this imposing restaurant, you will notice that there is a new professionally equipped bar, with everything being in stainless steel, including the built in chiller cabinets, fridges, coffee machine etc. In this area there is plenty of natural light from the windows that overlook the tropical garden. This part of the restaurant would be ideal for Wedding Functions or Private Parties. Past the bar and you go into yet another area, which is the highly professional and fully functional kitchen, with everything being again in stainless steel including a 6 ring gas stove, plancha, extractors, 2 large electric ovens, slow cooking pot, microwaves, preparation tables, dishwasher, sink and fridge/freezers. A fantastic kitchen to prepare top quality food. There is also a decent size storeroom, used for stock. Through the side door and enter the tropical gardens, with a large aviary stocked with birds, mature plants/shrubs and room for 20 tables. There are flood lights to illuminated the entire area at night, which measures 250m2.
As a real bonus, the entire restaurant has natural gas throughout and a large underfloor water reservoir that holds over 500,000 litres. This restaurant is very keenly priced considering the size of the place (110m2) and the top quality equipment and decor throughout.
